SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead financial governance, reporting, and performance across a business unit within a technology-driven environment. The role focuses on financial control, compliance, strategic support, and leadership, partnering closely with executive stakeholders to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements / Qualifications:

BCom in Accounting / Financial or Management Accountancy
Registered with SAICA, CIMA or SAIPA
Postgraduate qualification (Honours / PGDA) required; Master’s advantageous
Minimum 5 years’ financial management experience, including at least 2 years in a people management role
Strong experience in IFRS reporting, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax, and treasury
Proven ability to build financial models, business cases, and investment appraisals
Solid understanding of financial controls, risk management, and corporate governance (King Code)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and improvement-focused mindset
