FINANCIAL MANAGER/ CA- Contract to perm

Gauteng/Contract

We have an open role for a Financial Manager CA (SA) Gauteng

This role oversees all reporting, group consolidation, manages 4 accountants, signs of balance sheet recons, and oversees the budget process. Right hand man to CFO

Advanced Microsoft Excel
Accounting reporting experience
Knowledge of IFRS
CA with experience in financial services/insurance of at least 5 years.

Monthly reporting
Consolidated annual financial statements
Compliance reporting, all required reporting and submissions
System maintenance
Prepare audit reports
Contracts ensure that all contracts are saved by group structure and consider tax implications and transfer pricing.
Taxation
Ad hoc duties as and when required.
