SUMMARY:
Financial Officer required for the White River area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

  • Bcom in finance an added advantage.
  • 2 -3 year experience in a financial role.
  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
  • Process invoices and Credit notes.
  • Update internal systems with financial data.
  • Reconcile debtors accounts.
  • Record bank deposits.
  • Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
  • Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
  • Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.
  • Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify & resolve issues, gasps, or variances.
  • Ensure accounts receivables activities are performed accurately and timely.
  • Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting.
  • Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
  • Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the GM or CEO.
  • Oversee and manage individual accounts.
  • Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
  • Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheet.
  • Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with clients.
  • Assist the Financial Director in creating financial reports on a regular basis.
  • Adhere to company’s financial policies and procedures.
  • Suggest changes or improvement to increase accuracy, efficient and cost reduction.
