POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
CA(SA), CPA, or MBA qualification preferred
Minimum 15 years senior financial leadership experience
Strong preference for candidates with experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing industries, including experience with seasonal cycles, inventory-heavy balance sheets, and omni-channel finance operations.
Strong expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Solid knowledge of IFRS, corporate governance, and statutory compliance
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
