Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking Financial Services organisation, is seeking a FP&A Finance Manager to join their high-performing finance team. This role is ideal for a commercially minded Chartered Accountant who thrives in a strategic environment where financial insights directly influence business growth and performance.

You will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reporting, partnering with senior leadership to provide meaningful insights that support decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Provide strategic financial insights and performance analysis to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support business planning and performance monitoring.
• Analyse financial results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with business units to support commercial decision-making and financial strategy.
• Prepare and present management reports and Board-level financial insights.

• Education:
  • Qualified CA(SA) (non-negotiable)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-articles experience outside of audit
  • Experience within Financial Services will be highly advantageous
  • Proven exposure to FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
  • Experience supporting strategic decision-making and performance analysis
• Skills:
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with financial reporting systems / BI tools advantageous
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
