JOB SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity within the group finance division of a listed financial services group

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Exciting opportunity for a CA(SA) with approximately 3 years post qualifying experience to join successful listed financial services group.

This role sits within the group finance division and involves the financial management around acquisitions, new businesses, mergers and restructuring. Tasks will include:

Due diligence work
Purchase Price Allocation
Driving the setup and integration of financial operations
Managing financial reporting during the integration phase
Liaison with businesses and Treasury regarding funding requirements
Involvement in IFRS technical discussions and considerations
Exposure to international operations

Strong academic results are essential as are first time passes in Honours and the 2 Board exams.
