Job & Company Description:
A renowned food manufacturing company is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor who has experience working in a food production environment. This company is based in the Western Cape and they are a supplier of one of the biggest brand names in the food industry. They are searching for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor who is willing to learn and adapt to their working environment. The desired candidate is someone who has experience working in a food production environment and who is willing to use their existing skills to add value to the company.

Education:

Trade Tested

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 3 years’ working experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in the FMCG environment
Good with administration and people management
Must have analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with supervising, coordinating mechanical budgets, leading teams in terms of assigning tasks, and dealing with external contractors
