FOOD TECHNOLOGIST
NORTHERN SUBURBS (Cape Town)
SALARY MARKET RELATED

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
BTech Food Technology / BSc Food Science
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of FSSC 22000 standard and implementation thereof
Maintain, implement and improve existing Quality Management System
Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Conduct staff training and enforce food safety policies and procedures
Ensure that manufacturing sites comply with retailer standards
Asses and sign off artwork (verify ingredients, claims, nutritional information etc.)
Provide technical support to manufacturing sites and customers
