POSITION INFO:
Are you a strategic thinker with a flair for financial analysis and modelling? An established multinational is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join their Group Finance team. This high-impact role is central to driving financial performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and providing the insights that shape global decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial analysis and modelling to evaluate projects, investments, and business opportunities.
- Support strategic planning, acquisitions, disposals, and investment appraisals.
- Develop scenario planning and risk management strategies.
- Track KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and present actionable insights.
- Partner with business leaders across the group to ensure alignment with financial goals
Job Experience and Skills Required:- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA(SA) or CIMA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A global mindset with the ability to operate across regions
