FP&A Manager

Duties:

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process across development and investment projects.
• Provide insightful analysis on project performance, profitability, and cash flow to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with development, investment, and operations teams to evaluate new opportunities and optimize returns.
• Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, cost movements, and capital allocation to guide financial strategy.
• Support funding, debt, and investment planning activities through robust financial modelling.
• Drive process improvement and implement best practices in reporting, planning, and performance management.
• Act as a key business partner, challenging assumptions, identifying risks, and uncovering growth opportunities.

• Working within a similar role for the past 5 years
• 8 years relevant Property experience
