Opportunity for a FP&A Specialist
POSITION INFO:
A leading organisation in the FMCG and retail space is looking for a Senior FP&A Specialist to join their commercial finance team. This role will focus on FP&A, financial modelling, forecasting and providing meaningful financial analysis to support business decisions. This is a fast-paced, multinational organisation with a strong presence across multiple international markets. Duties: Lead FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions. Provide financial and commercial analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities. Prepare management reporting and provide insights into business performance. Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability. Analyse revenue, costs, margins and key business drivers. Support strategic planning and scenario modelling. Provide recommendations to management based on financial analysis and forecasts. Education and experience: CA(SA) qualification is essential. 4-5 years' commercial finance experience. FMCG, retail or stock-moving industry experience is highly advantageous.
