FRANCHISING MANAGER (QSR and Fast-Food Industry)

SUMMARY:
We are assisting our client, a well-established organisation within the QSR and Fast-Food industry, in identifying an experienced Franchising Manager to support their franchise growth strategy.

POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and onboarding high-quality franchisees who align with the organisation's growth objectives and contribute to the continued expansion of its brand. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a pipeline of prospective franchisees through sourcing, referrals, marketing campaigns and franchise networks Identify and engage with potential franchise partners aligned with the organisation's brand and growth strategy Assess and qualify applicants based on financial capacity, business experience, leadership capability and operational suitability Present the franchise opportunity and guide approved candidates through the application, approval and agreement process Collaborate with Real Estate, Development, Legal, Finance, Training and Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process Identify expansion opportunities with existing high-performing franchisees Maintain accurate reporting and governance across the franchise pipeline Minimum Requirements: Relevant qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Property, Entrepreneurship or a related field Minimum 8 years' experience in franchising, franchise development, business development or multi-site retail growth Proven experience recruiting, assessing and onboarding franchisees Experience within the QSR, Fast Food, Retail or franchise environment will be advantageous Strong understanding of franchise business models, franchise agreements and commercial investment principles Excellent commercial, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills Correspondence will only be conducted with short listed candidates.
