POSITION INFO:

A JSE listed property group has positions in Gauteng, Durban and Cape Town regions. We are looking for Facilities and Properties Management professionals with over 5 years experience within commercial (Office) and (Retail) portfolios.

Requirements:

Post Matric Qualifications in Engineering or Property Management

Staff Management skills

Stakeholder Management

Technical Expertise

Previous exposure in Office Buildings and/Retail Space.

Previous Property group exposure (non negotiable)
