Facilities Manager – Cape Town CBD

Prism Placements has partnered with this key client looking for a dynamic, hands-on Facilities Manager to take charge of multiple commercial / industrial properties and keep properties running, contractors accountable and projects moving.

POSITION INFO:
Remuneration: From R240K - R300K C.T.C. per annum plus fuel. Experience & Requirements: Relevant Diploma \/ B-degree. Min 3-6yrs experience in a similar role from the property industry where you managed multiple properties . Basic plumbing and HVAC skills non-negotiable . Experience working on budgets, executing projects and negotiating best prices essential. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites essential. To apply, email your CV to .
