Seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join a leading International Organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

With its South African head quarters based in Johannesburg West this international company is renowned in the Mining and Minerals industry. They have a large footprint in the manufacturing of equipment for these industries and is currently looking for a diverse and experienced Facilities Manager. The ideal candidate will come from the manufacturing industry where she/he was/is responsible for the management of several facilities.

Education:

Engineering Degree or Diploma preferably Electrical Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

10 – 15 years’ experience in Facilities and at least 5 in Management.
Delivery of high quality Facility Management including HVAC, Electrical, Solar systems, Water Treatment plants, Generators, BMS, Security and Access control, CCTV, Soft Service, Landscaping, Fleet Services, medical service, Waste Management
You will implement developed facility management program which will include all preventative maintenance and life cycle requirements.
