Facilities Manager – Midrand & Surrounds

Prism Placements is partnering with this National Property Management Business and looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager to ensure property projects are completed efficiently, and that quality standards and project goals are met.

POSITION INFO:
Remuneration: Up to R420K C.T.C. per annum excluding fuel and bonus. Experience & Requirements: Relevant Diploma \/ B-degree. 5-7yrs Facilities management experience from the property or facilities management industry where you managed multiple properties . Basic plumbing, HVAC skills and strong Occupational Health & Safety compliance knowledge . Budgets, executing projects and negotiating best prices essential. Well versed in Afrikaans and English. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites essential. To apply, email your CV to .
