POSITION INFO:

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team in Zimbali. As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations. This includes managing maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing facility processes. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality services and maintain a safe and functional environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures
Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
Overseeing maintenance, repair, and renovation projects
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Managing vendor contracts and relationships
Leading and mentoring a team of facilities staff

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in facility management
Proven experience in managing facility operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of safety and building regulations
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
