Facilities Supervisor

East Rand, Gauteng

Market-related salary

You will assume overall responsibility for all Facilities Maintenance related aspects, facilities information management, planned inspection and auditing of buildings.

Your duties will include:

Occupational Health and Safety
Financial budgeting and cost control for the facilities department
Utility and energy management and control
Maintenance of building assets

You will need a National Diploma in Electrical/Building/Mechanical/Civil Engineering and be trade tested Millwright, with at least 5 years’ Facilities Management experience. It is essential to have experience in plumbing, mechanical and electrical fields.

In addition, you will need experience with boiler operations and maintenance, compressors and water treatment plants.
