R 40 000 CTC Per Month

Our client, a leading hardware retail company, is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee their steel roof sheeting production.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

National Diploma or BTech in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering (advantageous)
6 Years’ experience in a management role within manufacturing or production
Strong experience in steel fabrication, roof sheeting, or related metal manufacturing
Proven track record in operational efficiency, process optimisation, and cost control
Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations, statutory compliance, and quality management
Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
Proficient in MS Office
Valid drivers license
