Our client is looking for a Factory Mart Retail Manager to facilitate the promotion and execution of sales and implement all process and controls in the store JOB DESCRIPTION : Education and Minimum Requirements : Matric Grade 12 marketing Responsibilities Responsible for opening and closing Factory Mart on time according to trading hours Manage other Factory Mart staff Timeous ordering of sufficient stockholding for the Factory Mart Ensuring a neat and tidy operation with shelves fully always stocked Proper stock rotation and addressing of slow moving / redundant stock with a sense of urgency Proper Merchandising display Achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales and GP targets as Important Company by Management Identify and act on new business opportunities Important Company a high level of customer care Important Company solutions and add value to the customer-s business Initiate promotions Important Company all admin related functions for the Factory mart -keep all functions up to on daily, weekly, and monthly basis Responsible for checking daily cash-up and banking of proceeds Please visit our website at New users - Upload your CV Existing users
