POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Factory Supervisor in the Brick Manufacturing Industry
National Diploma or Trade Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering advantageous
Proficient in production scheduling, staff supervision, and machine operation within a high-volume manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of brick moulding processes, kiln operations, quality control, and preventative maintenance practices essential
Sound understanding of health and safety compliance and production efficiency optimization
Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
Contactable references and payslips required

Salary Structure:

Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
