SUMMARY:
Legal practice in Pretoria East is looking for an experienced family law practitioner to join their team

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Drafting summonses and other pleas, notices as well as applications within the sphere of family law.
Correspondence and liaison with clients, lawyers, offices of the Family Advocate, advocates as well as various experts in private practice (whether psychological/social/forensic)
Attendance of High Court cases along with clients and advocates;
Appearance in Family Violence Court; Attending consultations.

Requirements:

Admitted attorney
At least two year''s family law practice experience
Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans) due to client base
