JOB SUMMARY:
Farm Administrator- Mooi River

JOB DESCRIPTION:

An established farming operation outside of Mooi River requires a mature and competent Administrator. The working hours are 7am to 4:30 daily. Transport is available form Mooi River to the farm if necessary.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

Managing supplier admin- printing invoices, following up on purchase orders, collating delivery notes and making sure quantities match, allocating purchases on Pastel and Pastel processing.
Staff/ HR admin- ordering of uniforms, updating HR files, record keeping
Assisting with payroll on Pastel Payroll
Record keeping and data capture- updating animal husbandry and health information
Ensuring all vehicle licenses are up-to-date.

Requirements:

Matric
Strong Excel skills
Proven administration ability (at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
Good general computer literacy
Accurate and able to pay attention to detail
excellent phone manner and confident in dealing with suppliers and handling queries
Must be willing to learn
Currently residing in Mooi River.
