SUMMARY:
A career opportunity is available within the agricultural sector for a Production Manager, with pome/stone fruit experience, based in the Western Cape.

POSITION INFO:
In this role, you will manage fruit production by overseeing orchard activities and development. You will also plan daily and weekly production, allocate labour and equipment, and lead teams across harvesting, thinning and pruning. To be considered, candidates should have at least 5 years' fruit production experience, preferably on a commercial scale. A relevant qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture or Plant Physiology will be advantageous. Strong knowledge of orchard management, crop protection, and pest control, and experience with GlobalGAP or similar certification standards will be essential to your success.
