Job Profile Summary: The Senior Feature Analyst leads the analysis and design of complex, industry aligned solutions by translating business needs into detailed functional specifications. Operating at a self-directed level, the role fosters strong cross-functional relationships and collaborates closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Designers, and business stakeholders to drive product outcomes and ensure end-to-end alignment. This job provides thought leadership on business processes and leads solution development that promotes efficiency, scalability, and customer value. It guides and mentors other feature analysts, supporting the maturity of the practice and delivery of high-quality features. Additionally, this job supports product leadership in managing scope, stakeholder expectations, and the timely delivery of strategic initiatives. Job Description: Requirements Management | Project and Program Management | Project\/Program\/Portfolio Management Plan and coordinate the identification and elicitation of requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project; and coordinate the verification of the end deliverable. Lead the improvement efforts that are within span of control at this level. Feasibility Studies | Information Technology\/Digital | Business And Systems Analysis Conduct feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective and document findings to complete cost-benefit analysis on implementing changes to business processes, products, or business unit structure. Business Case | General | Advice Manage the delivery of feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects to contribute to the development and continuous review of business cases. Agile Backlog Management | Project and Program Management | Project\/Program\/Portfolio Management Review the backlog of work for a medium-sized project and reprioritize the work and the deployment of project resources to reduce costs and increase the value of the work delivered to the business. Practice Leadership | General | Leadership and Supervision Act as the practice lead to define and develop the standard of excellent practice, in line with national frameworks, standards, and legislation.
