SUMMARY:
Opportunity for an experienced and result-driven Feedlot Manager to take full responsibility for the performance, health and operational efficiency of the feedlot. This requires a strong leader with veterinary expertise who can oversee all aspects of feedlot operations, from animal health and nutrition, team management and financial performace.

POSITION INFO:

Duties and responsibilities with include:

Animal health and welfare
Feedlot operations
Veterinary oversight
Compliance and risk management
Leadership and team management
Finacial and performance management
Reporting and Stakeholder coordination
Continious improvement

Qualifications and Requirements:

Veterinary Degree: BVSc, DVM or equivalent (strongly preferred)
Minimum 5–8 years in feedlot management or large-scale livestock operations Strong knowledge of cattle health, nutrition, and feedlot systems
Proven experience managing teams and operations at scale
Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
Strong interpersonal and reporting capabilities
Ability to make strategic and operational decisions under pressure
High level of accuracy in compliance and record-keeping
Experience with livestock management systems and data analysis tools
