A breathtaking lodge is looking for a FIELD GUIDE / FOH ASSISTANT

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated Field Guide / Front of House Assistant to help create unforgettable safaris and personalized service in this stunning landscape setting. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love engaging with guests, and have a passion for conservation and hospitality, please apply. This private nature reserve covers 60 000 hectares and the lodge sleeps a maximum of 12 guests at a time, with 6 luxurious suites.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

FGASA level 1/2
Must have a valid drivers license and PrPD
Must have a valid First Aid and ARH
Well-spoken, personable and able to communicate very well with guests and team members
Positive attitude and approach towards team work
Hands on approach towards the guest experience
Excellent guest interaction with good hosting skills - this is very important
At least 2 years experience in a 4* or 5* lodge setting
No pets or dependants
Must reference very well

PACKAGE:
Salary - R8000. Provident fund after 3 months probation. Meal provided while hosting. Uniform provided.
This is a live-in role. 6 weeks on/2 weeks off cycle
