We are seeking a Field Support Engineer Team Lead with technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer service acumen.

 

What you’ll do:

• Team Management
• VIP Support
• Call Management
• Desktop Support
• Mobile Device Support
• Fault finding/troubleshooting
• User satisfaction, training, knowledge sharing, remote and telephonic support, problem-solving and documentation 

Your expertise:

• 5 years’ customer service delivery; basic Server network support. Knowledge and support on Desktop, Notebook, Printers, and Smartphones
• Generalist Go getter

Qualifications required:

• MCSE, ITILv4 A+, N+ and S+

Other information applicable to the opportunity:

• Contract Position (13 Months)
• Location: Client based in Croydon, Kempton Park
• Work Environment: Office environment
• Physical Demands: Sitting, Lifting, Bending and driving
• Travel: Travelling will be required
