Company and Job Description: A growing cultivation and production business is seeking a Finance & Administration Manager to oversee the full finance function while supporting the operational side of the business. This role offers broad exposure and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a specialised industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full finance function Prepare management accounts and financial reports Manage stock accounting and inventory controls Perform budgeting and cash flow management Ensure VAT and statutory compliance Support operational finance and reporting Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualifications: BCom Degree Experience: 1-3 years' commercial finance experience Stock environment experience essential Full finance function experience Skills & Competencies: Strong Excel skills Inventory accounting Financial reporting Strong organisational skills Apply now!
