SUMMARY:
Our client, a Global manufacturing concern, currently seeks a Financial Accountant to take up a 10-month contract.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Job Requirements:

CA (SA).
Minimum 2 years’ commercial experience, pref in manufacturing.
Management/supervisory experience.
SAP experience.

Key Performance Areas:

Management of AP and AR departments.
Management of the Treasury function (foreign exchange dealings).
Monthly and annual reporting and review activities.
Taxation, insurance, statutory requirements and other activities.
Staff management and personnel development.

Competencies:

Financial accounting expertise.
Understanding of Finance compliance requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Finance related processes.
People orientation.
Attention to detail.
Deadline driven.
Ability work well under pressure.
Ability to multi-task.
Intercultural understanding.
