Finance / Administration Manager (Transport / Logistics), Kempton Park

SUMMARY:
A well established firm within the Transport / Logistics sector is looking to appoint an Finance / Administration Manager. This is for their branch in Kempton Park.

POSITION INFO:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Some Commercial / Financial Accounting experience in a transport / logistics environment essential
• Working knowledge of Excel, SAP & Google Sheets
• Weekly / Monthly reporting of transport operational cost
• Weekly fuel reports, including daily recons
• Expense control and preparation of invoices and EIR's for payment
• Preparation and posting of month end journals, including accruals
• Analyzing Trial Balance and reporting on variances to last year and budget
• Monthly KPI, issues, KM, Casual Labour and fuel comparison reports
• Maintain / manage monthly Westbank File
• Preparing annual budget
• Assisting with supplier queries
• Stock count of tyres / fuel / cleaning materials and stationary
• Operational involvement with DC's when needed
