Finance Administrator needed!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A leading manufacturing company is currently on the lookout for a Finance Administrator to join their finance team.

As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

Provide and support the preparation of quarterly and annual reports and annual statutory financial statements.
Prepare processes and assist with the compilation of the various Board, Audit, and other governance committee packs.
Filing, managing, and scanning agreements, and statutory records.
Maintaining meeting registers and minute books as well as company secretarial registers and filing of company resolutions.
Completing, submitting, and filing all statutory documents and returns with CIPC.
Managing diaries and coordinating meetings.
Raising of purchase requisitions
Managing of payments to be made for the corporate finance team.

Qualifications & experience:

Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification
5 - 10 Years in an administrative and/or secretarial role who has worked in a similar role
Basic SAP knowledge
Advanced level in Word and PowerPoint use and functionality
Strong with company secretarial experience and document formatting and typing skills
