POSITION INFO:
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially sharp Finance Business Partner who thrives in a dynamic, multinational environment. This role is all about adding value — not just reporting numbers, but influencing the business through insight, analysis, and strategic thinking.

What You’ll Be Driving:

Planning & Forecasting (Strategic Plan, Annual Plan, Rolling Forecasts)
Financial Analysis & Modelling to support business decisions
Bespoke, value-added reporting for key stakeholders
Translating data into clear, actionable insights
Partnering with operations to improve performance and efficiency

What You Bring:

Tertiary Finance / Commercial qualification
5+ years’ experience (commercial finance highly preferred)
Strong FP&A, modelling, and analytical capability
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
Experience in multinational / multi-entity environments
Exposure to costing, production, or value chains
A proactive, inquisitive mindset with the ability to influence and challenge
