Job & Company Descriptions
A Family Office management team is ready to expand their finance team. They are looking for a Finance Assistant for 6 months to assist.

As a Finance Assistant you will responsible for the following:

Journal processing
Petty Cash
Preparing and sending invoices
Payments loading and processing – including foreign currency
Performing relevant reconciliations including bank, GL, and creditors through to payment
Liaison with and managing external service providers
Preparing and understanding journal entries
Preparing and reporting on VAT returns in e-filing
Producing trial balance for management account reporting
Petty cash management and reconciliation
Preparation of ad hoc expense analyses
Assist with Audit
Assist with foreign exchange transactions
Assistance with schedules for the annual budgeting process
Bank Recons

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Certificate / Diploma in finance
Proficient in MS Office
5+ years’ experience
Sage 300 experience preferred
