POSITION INFO:
A fast-growing, dynamic group is seeking a Group Finance Manager / Assistant Financial Executive to join its leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and adaptable CA(SA) with strong post-article experience who is ready to step into a highly operational, hands-on role within a rapidly evolving environment.

We are looking for a hands-on, operational finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You should be adaptable, proactive, and confident in building structure where needed. This role requires someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, engage with operations, and influence business outcomes directly.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee group financial management, reporting, and controls across multiple entities
Drive financial strategy, governance, and operational efficiency
Partner closely with operational teams to support business performance and growth
Implement and strengthen financial structures, systems, and processes
Provide insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making
Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements
Play an active role in business operations and commercial decision-making

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA) qualified OR BCom and completed articles
Minimum 3–4 years post-article experience (non- negotiable)
Experience in hospitality, FMCG, or property sectors advantageous
Strong technical accounting and financial management capability
Proven leadership ability with strong people management skills
High level of independence and decision-making capability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing, growth-focused environment
