Key Responsibilities:

Lead all group-level financial reporting cycles
Drive compliance with IFRS and major regulatory requirements
Review policies, technical papers, and all financial statements
Support teams with IFRS guidance and deliver technical training
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and Group Treasury functions
Strengthen internal controls and prepare the group for audits
Collaborate with executives on governance, reporting, and strategy
Contribute to M&A work and group-wide reporting alignment

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
5+ years in group reporting or technical accounting
Strong IFRS technical expertise
Exposure to listed-company reporting is a plus
Experience with treasury or forecasting beneficial
Advanced Excel and solid financial modelling
Strong communication and analytical skills
High comfort level with IFRS interpretation and guidance
