Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Business Partner – Business Performance, you will:

• Provide high-quality financial analytics and insights to senior executives and business heads.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation of financial plans for Exco and Board review.

• Develop and maintain cost recovery and transfer pricing models, ensuring accurate cost allocation.

• Deliver robust financial reporting, balance sheet substantiation, and revenue assurance.

• Collaborate with business units as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-making and cost efficiency initiatives.

• Partner on financial change projects, driving continuous improvement in processes and controls.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA(SA) (mandatory) with a minimum of 3 years post-articles experience

• 1–2+ years auditing experience preferred

• 3+ years experience in finance, costing (cost monitoring exposure), IFRS, reporting and stakeholder engagement)

• Completed audit articles and registered with a professional body (SAICA)

• Strong financial analysis, modelling, and business partnering expertise

• Advanced Excel skills and exposure to financial systems (SAP / SAP-BI advantageous)
