SUMMARY:
Our clients are always looking for dynamic and experienced Finance Business Partners to join their teams. These professionals play a crucial role in driving business performance by providing strategic financial insights, supporting decision-making processes, and partnering with business leaders to achieve financial goals.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior management and key stakeholders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business objectives.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, communicating findings effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
Drive cost management initiatives and support the business in optimizing operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Provide data-driven insights and scenario analysis to support key business decisions.

Requirements:

Relevant Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CFA, CA(SA), or equivalent qualification preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance business partnering, or a similar role, with exposure to business operations.
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both finance and non-finance teams.
Strong problem-solving ability and a strategic mindset to drive business performance.
Experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
