Finance Business Partner

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join a supply chain tech company that prides itself on innovation and efficiency. In this role, you will provide strategic financial insights, collaborate with key stakeholders, and help drive data-backed decision-making in a high-energy environment.

POSITION INFO:

Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to drive key business decisions
Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
Track financial performance against targets and uncover opportunities for improvement
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts that align with business goals
Deliver accurate financial projections to support strategic decision-making
Build and maintain advanced financial models to support business growth
Ensure financial processes comply with company policies and industry regulations
Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Support audits and maintain accuracy in financial reporting
Continuously monitor financial performance and identify ways to enhance profitability
Act as a trusted finance partner, working closely with business leaders to shape strategy
Provide financial insights that influence key business decisions
Present financial reports in a clear, impactful, and actionable way
Leverage financial software and tools to analyze data and optimize efficiencies
Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, reporting, and data accuracy

Skills & Experience:
Financial Modelling
Multinational Experience
System implementation
Strong technical acumen
FP&A experience

Qualification:
CA(SA)/CIMA + Minimum 5 – 8 years experience
