Finance Business Partner

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Finance Business Partner to join a leading Fleet Management Solutions company. This role will involve working closely with the CFO to optimize business operations, identify growth opportunities, and enhance decision-making through financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the CFO to provide strategic financial leadership across business operations.
- Identify opportunities for improving systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Advise business units on financial strategies and operational improvements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop, implement, and refine financial models to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives across the organization, providing actionable insights for financial optimization.
- Oversee the delivery of key financial projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication of financial insights.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of financial plans to support business goals.
Requirements:

- CA(SA) qualification; CIMA qualification is highly beneficial.
- Completed articles with a minimum of 5 years of commercial finance experience.
- Proven experience in building and implementing financial models that support business performance and growth.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience in delivering large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior business leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
