A prestigious multinational operating in the beauty and personal care industry is looking for a dynamic and commercially astute Finance Business Partner. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, supporting senior stakeholders with financial insights that drive performance and profitability. You will be integral to budgeting, forecasting, and providing analysis that influences high-level business decisions.
Job Experience & Skills Required:

CIMA qualification (completed) is essential
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling within a large corporate or FMCG environment
Advanced Excel and SAP experience advantageous
