They are looking for a commercially sharp Finance Business Partner who can connect the dots between financial data and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to roll up their sleeves, engage cross-functionally, and drive real results across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic advisor to operations and commercial teams
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with confidence
Dive deep into data to improve pricing, promotions, and margin performance
Present clear insights that shape leadership decisions

Education:

Completed BCom Degree in a related field
Studying towards CIMA qualification

Experience:

Retail, FMCG or similar industry experience required
4+ years’ experience required in a similar role
