We are hiring!!! Finance Business Partner – Stellenbosch (Banking Sector).

Our client is a well-known bank with a strong reputation for innovation, customer-centricity, and financial excellence. As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to influence strategy, optimise financial outcomes, and support sustainable growth.
This role offers exposure to high-level decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to be part of a purpose-driven organisation that values integrity and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support business cases and investment decisions with robust financial analysis.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CIMA/CA(SA) advantageous).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance business partnering role, preferably within banking or financial services.
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
