An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager to join a dynamic dealership team in Somerset West. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of vehicle finance, insurance, and value-added product transactions while ensuring compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
 This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can balance operational efficiency with customer satisfaction, contributing to the dealership’s overall success and profitability.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Provide professional financial advice and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process.
• Finance Facilitation: Secure vehicle financing by liaising with financial institutions, presenting tailored financial and insurance solutions.
• Sales of Value-Added Products: Promote and sell warranties, service plans, and other aftermarket products.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with NCA and FAIS regulations.
• Contract Management: Review finance contracts, conduct credit checks, and submit accurate applications to financial institutions.
• Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on sales performance, profitability, and F&I metrics.
• Team Support: Train and assist sales staff in understanding financial products and compliance standards.
• Customer Loyalty: Foster strong relationships to build trust, satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Data Privacy: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Qualified F&I with NCA exam pass
• Professional certifications (mandatory):
  
  • RE5 Certificate
  • NCA Accreditation
  • Fit & Proper Compliance Verification
• Previous experience as an F&I Manager within a dealership environment (advantageous)
• Strong understanding of financial principles, lending practices, and insurance products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with F&I software systems and financial tools
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
