As the Finance Business Partner, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with executives to influence decision-making, optimise cost structures, and design scalable financial solutions using SQL, Power BI, and your advanced analytical toolkit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support business strategy and decision-making.
• Partner with executives and operational teams to identify optimisation opportunities and cost drivers.
• Design insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Drive continuous improvement through financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.

• 🎓 Education: CA(SA), CGMA, or CFA qualification essential.
• 💼 Experience: 4+ years’ experience in finance business partnering, commercial analysis, or FP&A — ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or a data-driven environment.
• 💻 Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel-based financial modelling.
• 🧠 Added Advantage: Engineering background or technical aptitude to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• 🚫 Non-Negotiable: A strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex data simply and strategically.
