POSITION INFO:
Job description : Partner with operational and business unit leaders to provide financial insights and support Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial models Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement Deliver monthly management reports and variance analysis Support strategic planning and decision-making processes Develop and monitor KPIs across business units Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting cycles Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives Present financial information to senior management Support ad hoc projects and business cases Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' of experience within a Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel skills Experience working with large data sets and financial modelling Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in a fast-paced environment Qualification: BCom Accounting, Finance or related degree CIMA studies or qualification advantageous Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
