Managing of all financial functions

POSITION INFO:

An established Grocery Manufacturing company in Johannesburg is in need of an experienced Financial Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director.

Accountable for the financial accounting function, including inventory, creditors, VAT, fixed assets, general ledger, cash flow, forex and insurance.

Performance management of Finance staff, including setting of KPI’s. Liaison with external and internal auditors.

Staff reporting : Debtors, Creditors, Accountants, Payroll, Bookkeeper, IT Technician, etc.

Qualifications

· CA preferably or Relevant Degree or National Diploma

· Preference will be given to Candidates who regard this opportunity as a career . .

Employment Type Full-time

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Manage day-to-day company accounts
Financial planning
Budget forecasting and cash flow management
Ensure government compliance in all tasks
