POSITION INFO:

Multinational company in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their company in Pretoria.

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Geographical area: Pretoria East

Salary range: R 900 000.00 – R 1 -----.00 per annum

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Oversee day-to-day business unit accounting.
Manage the month-end and year-end close and reporting processes.
Manage the interface with auditor’s, manage the yearend audit and quarterly reviews.
Manage South African tax accounting and compliance and advise Corporate on needs and requirements.
Oversee day-to-day activities of AP, AR, and Treasury reporting to the head office (international)
Manage inter-company transactions and balance sheet reconciliations.
Assist in preparing long range business plan of the company.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
SAICA/SAIPA preferred
Full accounting functionality
10+ years experience in Finance Management role
Manufacturing industry experience
