A high-visibility role for a Management Accountant ready to influence operational and financial performance.

POSITION INFO:
Join a fast-growing property group managing mixed-use developments and retail centres. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations working closely with property and leasing teams to deliver actionable insights.

You’ll be the engine behind budgeting accuracy, performance tracking, and decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Deliver monthly management reports with clear insights
Partner with operational teams to drive cost control
Analyse revenue streams including rentals, recoveries, and escalations
Assist with financial modelling for new developments and refurbishments
Monitor portfolio performance and highlight risks/opportunities

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Finance / Management Accounting
5+ years’ experience in management accounting (property preferred)
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Advanced Excel (non-negotiable)
High attention to detail with a proactive mindset
Strong communication skills—translate numbers into strategy
