Seeking an experienced expat Finance Director for a large mining group in Ghana.

Seeking an expat Financial Director to join a dynamic team in the heart of Ghana within the mining industry.

Purpose of the Job:

As our Financial Director, you'll play a crucial role in shaping financial strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Partner with the business to ensure that the financial strategy, policies, processes and budgets support the overall strategic direction of the business.
• Comply with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements and governance frameworks.
• Ensure timeous submission and analysis of required financial information and reports e.g. financial, management and statutory reports, both IFRS and OHADA/ SYSCOA.

• Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Proficiency in SAP systems and MS Office suite
• Advanced business report writing and presentation skills
• Strong business risk management and strategic planning abilities
